THE LOST GOSPEL?
This is actually nothing new. But, just in case you hear “something about a ‘Lost Gospel,’ I wanted you to be informed.
From the FOX article: “The Lost Gospel” is based on a translation of the Ecclesiastical History of Zacharias Rhetor, written on treated animal skin, which was brought to the United Kingdom in 1847 when the British Museum bought it from an Egyptian monastery, The Washington Post reported. Scholars scrutinized the document and discarded it as insignificant.
But Wilson and Jacobovici studied the text for six years and believe it has an embedded meaning.
In October, the British Library issued a statement distancing itself from the book, saying it “has no connection with the book other than housing the manuscript used by research for the authors.”

KELSIE WATTS: “Misery”
One song from Kelsie’s recent Senior Concert at Belmont University. It was her sole responsibility to recruit the band, select and arrange the songs.
NOTE: At the 4:02 mark, Kels hits a “G above high C.” She nails it. 🙂
HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD
One of the first things I can remember wanting to be when I grew up was an Astronomer. So this absolutely fascinates me – especially when considered theologically. However, even if you don’t believe in God this is mind-blowing.

HEAVENLY MUSIC
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech…” (Psalm 19)

RACISM
As a Youth Pastor, about once a year I would make a point of addressing the sin of racism. Oddly, I can’t remember a single Sunday morning sermon I’ve heard on the topic. Nonetheless, racism, I have found, is not a “teen” issue (at least not around here). It’s an “adult” issue. Saw the link below on my Twitter feed. Looking forward to seeing this film.
